Workshop Interest Form
When completing the form, please list the workshop of interest under the subject heading. Indicate if you are wanting to enroll in a one or a two day workshop. At this point, workshops are not a regular scheduled activity until there is a minimum of 3 participants, individual workshops will be considered. All workshops are held in Highland, KS. I will be in touch with you upon the completion of your interest form. Please ask any questions in the message box.
