Workshop Interest Form
When completing the form, please list the workshop of interest under the subject heading. Indicate if you are wanting to enroll in a one or a two day workshop. Workshops are not a regular scheduled activity. Upon receiving your information, I will contact you to get you scheduled. Workshops are offered throughout the week and many times on weekends. All workshops are held in Highland, KS. Please ask any questions in the message box.
